Imaginative Cuisine was established in 2003 by Founder and Managing Director Rick Pott. Rick was formally a qualified chef then moved into sales and development for various fine food wholesalers selling to the catering industry. He brought both of these areas of expertise to create Imaginative Cuisine, which over time has evolved into being a leading manufacturer of value-added and trend-setting products to foodservice and retail.
Its production site based in Somerset UK has a fully functional and highly automated factory with the latest equipment enhanced by an exceptional team of highly qualified and trained staff. The Somerset site also has a separate warehouse and logistics platform where goods are despatched. The company currently exports to over 20 countries, delivering innovative ingredients to professional chefs across the globe. The factory is independently hygiene audited with 3rd party accrediting bodies and has a full comprehensive quality management system in place.
