Long distance selling rules UK, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of chilled or frozen food items as once the items have left our premises we have no control of the storage conditions. In the case of ambient products, that is products that can be stored at room temperature (5-25 degrees), and where the tamperproof seal is not broken, or in case of aerosols there has been no discharge from the canister, and the container, including the label is not damage or marked,returns can be made by prior arrangement within the period of 14 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
To cancel this contract under the above conditions, please pack the relevant item securely, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days of delivery or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact us within 14 working days to discuss the return.
