Freshburst® Pearls consist of a delicate outer skin, encasing a liquid centre and come in 14 delectable flavours. Natural coloured to resemble caviar but tastes of truffles. Use with egg and cheese dishes or garnish foie gras, pasta and canapes. This product is gluten free and suitable for vegans.

These little pearls can be used as a garnish and as an ingredient in all types of food and drink. Like eating little bombs, once in the mouth and bitten into, the liquid centres release a taste sensation across the palate, adding intrigue to all dishes.
Instructions for use:
Ambient product. store in a cool dry dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and use a clean spoon between uses. Not suitable for freezing. However the pearls are heat stable to use in sauces up to 75 degrees C. Keep for a maximum of 14 days once opened.Orders cost £4.50 for delivery this is fulfilled by DHL on a 2-3 day service. Long distance selling rules UK, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of chilled or frozen food items as once the items have left our premises we have no control of the storage conditions. In the case of ambient products, that is products that can be stored at room temperature (5-25 degrees), and where the tamperproof seal is not broken, or in case of aerosols there has been no discharge from the canister, and the container, including the label is not damage or marked,returns can be made by prior arrangement within the period of 14 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
To cancel this contract under the above conditions, please pack the relevant item securely, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days of delivery or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact us within 14 working days to discuss the return.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is the subject of a complaint relating to quality. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
As soon as the item has been received and checked, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
