Green Olive Spherical Caviaroli Drops (18)
Spheres of approximately 20mm in diameter that explode in the mouth when biting, releasing a soft cream made from pickled green olives and Pickled Basque piparras. The greenish interior with an intense flavor of Aperitif olive has notes of vinegar and Basque piparra that give it a touch acid and fresh.

Storage Requirements: For the best conservation of CAVIAROLI DROPS keep between +10ºC and +26ºC unopened. Keep away from sources of heat, sunlight and sources of bad odors. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume in 1 week. Do not freeze. Once opened keep covered with the same covering oil that comes in the jar. CAVIAROLI DROPS above the oil can be affected by oxidation.
