Green Olive Spherical Caviaroli Drops (18)

Spheres of approximately 20mm in diameter that explode in the mouth when biting, releasing a soft cream made from pickled green olives and Pickled Basque piparras. The greenish interior with an intense flavor of Aperitif olive has notes of vinegar and Basque piparra that give it a touch acid and fresh.

Green Olives (57%), Water, Vinegar, Basque chilli pepper, Maltodextrin, E-327 Acidity regulator - Calcium Lactate, E330 Acidity Regulator - Citric Acid, E-415 Thickener - Xanthan Gum, E-401 Gelling Agent - Sodium alginate, Salt, E-300 Antioxidant - Ascorbic Acid, E-621 Flavour enhancer - Monosodium Glutamate, E-635 Flavour enhancer - Sodium Ribonucleotides, E202 Preservative - Potassium sorbate, E-223 Preservative - Sodium metabisulfite, Olive oil in the topping.

Storage Requirements: For the best conservation of CAVIAROLI DROPS keep between +10ºC and +26ºC unopened. Keep away from sources of heat, sunlight and sources of bad odors. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume in 1 week. Do not freeze. Once opened keep covered with the same covering oil that comes in the jar. CAVIAROLI DROPS above the oil can be affected by oxidation.

 

Instructions: Product ready for consumption. It can be taken alone or as part of the ingredients of a culinary preparation. Liquid and fatty product inside and that serves to provide the characteristic of the green olive.

To cancel this contract under the above conditions, please pack the relevant item securely, attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days of delivery or, in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact us within 14 working days to discuss the return.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is the subject of a complaint relating to quality. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.

 

Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.

 

As soon as the item has been received and checked, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
